Refund & Cancellation

1. What this covers

This policy applies to paid memberships sold through Coherence Daddy — including the Coherent Ones University membership ($50/month). It sits alongside our Terms of Service; where a specific Product's point-of-sale terms differ, those apply for that Product.

2. Recurring billing & auto-renewal

University membership is a recurring subscription billed at $50 per month by Stripe. It auto-renews each month until you cancel. You are charged on the same day each billing cycle until you cancel. We disclose this at checkout, and your receipt restates it.

3. No refunds on prior charges

Membership payments are non-refundable. We do not refund charges that have already been made, including the most recent charge, and we do not pro-rate or partially refund a billing period you have already paid for.

We keep this simple on purpose: the price is low, you can cancel any time before the next charge, and what you get is access to do the work — not a result we can promise on your behalf. If you're not sure it's for you, that's the moment to wait before joining.

4. Cancel any time

You can cancel whenever you want, with no call and no hoops. Open Billing from inside your member area (the same link in your receipt and welcome emails) and cancel there. Cancellation through the billing portal stops all future charges immediately.

5. When cancellation takes effect

Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund the current period. Your access continues until the end of the month you've already paid for, and then ends. There is no pro-ration for the unused part of that period.

6. Building in public

Coherent Ones University is being built in the open. Today the Presence & Communication track is live; the other tracks, live group practice, and community features are in progress and roll out to members as they ship. We tell you what is live before you pay, and joining locks in your price while we build. New features rolling out later do not change this refund and cancellation policy.

7. Failed payments

If a renewal charge fails, we'll email you and keep your access active for a short grace period while we retry. If we still can't collect, your membership pauses until the payment method is updated. A failed payment is not a cancellation — to stop future charges, cancel in Billing.

8. Questions or trouble cancelling

If you can't reach the billing portal, or anything about a charge looks wrong, email us at info@coherencedaddy.com and we'll sort it out. We'd always rather fix a billing problem than have it bounce.
